Hispanic Vote could decide the 2016 Elections
The importance of the Hispanic vote is going to be more decisive than ever before in the upcoming elections, as was apparent in the New Mexico primary.
New Mexico has the largest Hispanic population of any state in the U.S; 48 of the population of this state is of Hispanic origin, and one out of every three eligible voters in this bordering state is Hispanic. According to Agencia EFE U.S., the Latin vote is going to be crucial in the 2016 Presidential election. The results of the primaries for both parties reflected the importance of winning over Hispanic voters which could easily swing the pendulum one way or the other.
