Adoption of Children Affected by the Earthquake in Nepal

There has been an increase in the requests for information by many United States citizens, inquiring about how to adopt children from Nepal, affected by the recent devastating earthquake.

USCIS must first determine before the child may immigrate to the U.S. if the child qualifies as an orphan and that the future adoptive parents are capable of providing adequate care.
