According to sources of EFE Agency, the differences are increasing between the Republican Ron Hickman and the Democrat Edward Gonzalez regarding the huge number of deportations of undocumented migrants and the growing population in the prisons of Texas.
Hickman continues to favor the renewal of the Federal program No. 287 of the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) on the other hand Gonzalez totally opposes this.
